Use Tool #1 in conjunction with the EZ Green Cut. This can follow any metal bond such as 16/20, or 30/40 grit depending on the aggregate exposure desired. Once the floor is prepped with the proper metal bonds, proceed to Tool #1.
1) Saturate surface with water and keep the floor wet.
2) Apply EZ Green Cut to the wet floor and begin grinding with Tool #1.
3) Keep the slurry in front of the grinding path. The slurry should be of the consistency of wet foam, not paste.
Use Tool #2 in conjunction with the EZ Green Cut to help refine the floor and begin the polishing. This will profile the concrete and provide a scratch-free surface.
1) Once you have completed with Tool #1, change to Tool #2.
2) Reuse leftover wet slurry from Tool #1 and EZ Green Cut. If needed apply a small additional amount of Green Cut.
3) Keep the slurry in front of the grinding path. The slurry should be the consistency of wet foam, not paste.
4) Be sure to thoroughly cut the floor with Tool #2 to ensure a uniform floor.
Use Tool #3 to finish adding the polish and shine to the floor. This tool achieves a mirror-like finish in just one step.
1) After using Tool #2, ensure to thoroughly clean the entire floor with an autoscrubber.
2) Densify the floor using EZ Densifier and a microfiber pad.
3) Allow EZ Densifier to completely dry before proceeding. After the floor has dried, use Tool #3.
4) Ensure to thoroughly cut the entire floor to create a uniform polish.
